**NOT WORTH THE TROUBLE!** This was one of the most disappointing experiences I've ever had. My natural hair is wavy, yet straight hair extensions were installed, which did not blend properly. I had to return and spend another **4 hours** at the salon to have the issue addressed. Even after the correction, she installed less hair than before. My first time coming to Jackie and I must say it was such a pleasant experience. I came in with an orange looking blonde with hopes of a color correction and she went above and beyond my expectations. The extensions feel great as if it’s my natural hair. She takes her time and listens to your concerns and the look you are trying g to achieve. I am so happy I came to her as I know I’m in great hands.
