We were over billed for our daughter's flu diagnosis. No tests were done. Only antiviral drug and medicine to control the coughing were prescribed. The visit didn't last longer than 30 mins. But we were coded 99214 (used for long visits and more complicated diagnosis).
Had a terrible experience w this doctor. She instructed us to do a video visit when it wasn’t even available. Then we were instructed to visit an Urgent Care and that turned out to be a waste of time. Never called us back. Don’t put your child’s health at risk dealing w this doctor. Very terrible customer service!!!!!
Dr. Pant is the absolute best Doctor I have ever met. Apart from being professional and amazing at what she does she is also soooo kind and compassionate. You can just tell as soon as she enters the room she cares about your children and loves what she does. She always gives me so much reassurance and answers all my questions and her answers never feel rushed. She is just such a sweet human being over all and I feel so blessed to have found such an amazing pediatrician. 10000/10 would recommend her.
Dr. Pant is heaven sent. She takes her time with her patients. She genuinely cares about the progression of her patients. The way she cares for my son is heartwarming.
