He performed a lot more surgery than he told me he was going to do. Medicare declined payment to the hospital because he refused to admit me to the hospital even though I was in pain and having a respiratory problem related to LMA Medicare stated the surgery was an inpatient procedure and because he did not admit me Medicare denied payment to the hospital Fortunately the hospital is writing off the entire $28,000 plus bill
