I have always considered this office to be one of the best urology practices and have recommended them to others without hesitation. Unfortunately, I can no longer say the same. The front desk staff has consistently had poor communication and attitude, and there seems to be a major disconnect between staff members. Their website says they offer to Circumcision but I called and they tell me how they don't. I've been trying to get my newborn Circumcise for a week now.. I finally received the referral form from my son's doctor. Their website isn't accurate with information I'm sorry but how hard is it to fix their god damn website. Poor service and misinformation. They refused to inform me of any other places that offer Circumcise my son and was rude and unprofessional. They don't care to help anyone and unprofessional.
Dr. and his medical staff are good - whoever Julie is at the front desk answering the phone needs to go take front desk administration/customer service 101 and learn how to properly address inquiries!
I needed a urologist so I Googled. Lol. Found this office close to my home. I thought I would try them out. I am always skeptical about going to new doctors . I want you all to listen to me. If you are looking for a caring compassionate place to go, this is the place. Please if you are having issues don't hesitate, call them. I saw Tori today. She was wonderful.
