Dr. and his medical staff are good - whoever Julie is at the front desk answering the phone needs to go take front desk administration/customer service 101 and learn how to properly address inquiries!
I needed a urologist so I Googled. Lol. Found this office close to my home. I thought I would try them out. I am always skeptical about going to new doctors . I want you all to listen to me. If you are looking for a caring compassionate place to go, this is the place. Please if you are having issues don't hesitate, call them. I saw Tori today. She was wonderful. I will forever be grateful for Dr. Jay and his team. Dr. Jay did my husband's vasectomy back in 2013 and it was a huge success. Recently, my husband saw his regular doctor for concerns regarding testicular cancer. We got an ultrasound done the next day (Friday 6/20) and the following Monday the doctor referred us to a urologist. Thankfully, Dr. Jay's office called me that same day because I had spoken with his office the previous Thursday. I have a referral to this doctor and the lady at the front desk refused to take my referral from TRICARE prime. She was very rude over the phone so my husband drove me to the office. She was even worse to us when she discovered she had talked to us on the phone. She refused me treatment with my valid referral to the doctor. We left. I do not recommend anyone to this office.i wish I could let the doctor of this office know this happened to me at his office.
Was very disappointed the doctor didn't want to deal with my situation he had all the information and instead of telling me to see a different doctor he has me come to an appointment then I'm told I guess by his PA that he doesn't want to deal with my situation plus he's getting ready to go on vacation so I she go see a younger doctor that does laser surgery where my large kidney stone is located and my pain isn't from the kidney stone? I'm waiting 2 months to see a doctor that prayerfully can help me.
