Dr Khatri is the most kind, caring, thorough, helpful optometrist that I have ever met! She is a keeper!
The new set of receptionists are too unprofessional n over cautious as they are making it very hard to book an appointment with Dr .Khatri who is a good dr . They want you to do a test by paying $50 which is really optional ,only then you can get an urgent appointment or else you have to wait for 1 month. They already delayed my routine appointment by about 2_3 months as they considered upset stomach as covid symptom n wanted me to wait 2 weeks even though i had stye at that time and no typical covid symptoms.
Earlier this week, i I went to an optometrist close to my University for convenience's sake. Dr. Khatri is my usual optometrist tho. It was at this disappointing appointment that I came to realize how AWESOME Dr.khatri is!! I never will go anywhere else! Dr. Khatri makes sure to clean all of her equipment before you put your face on it, plus her space is very beautiful and up to date with all the tech. She explains whatever she is doing and is always by your side until the very end!
