Staff are fairly friendly and caring. However, the amount of wait time in the lobby for your appointment is very disappointing. I waited for 45 minutes from my scheduled appointment time to see the doctor for a five minute appointment. Not professional in my opinion. If it were a one off situation I could over look it.
