I moved to Tampa about 2 years ago to begin nursing school, and found Dr. Batra‘s office. Even though every other provider required 90 day visits, for almost a year, Dr. Batra made me come monthly. When the pandemic hit, his office was unreachable for weeks. I had to get my insurance company involved to literally track him down at an inpatient facility he worked at to get in contact (I had been out of my medication for a week at this point). Dr. Batra met me when I had PTSD to go along with my (still) chronic depression. Let's just say I would not be writing this review without his knowledge and experience. I can't believe some have said he doesn't listen well. I've not had that problem.
Due to COVIS telehealth visit. I was a new patient in FL. We reviewed all information, meds. Etc.
My daughter started seeing Dr. Batra in 2009. She was nine. At the time, we were in an emergency situation and needed someone ASAP. All the other offices I called had waiting lists of 6-12 months. Dr. Batra's office told me the wait was 3 weeks, only call back and get us an appointment the following Saturday. Since that day almost 8 years ago, my daughter has done nothing but improve, and when she regresses, Dr. Batra does everything he can to get her back on track.
Dr. Batra is a little tricky man, I got worse when I \was with him.
Dr.Batra is one of the most caring doctors that have ever treated me.He'll talk to you and listen and afterwards give you powerful insights and suggestions.I have been seeing Dr.Batra for two years and he has shed some light in my life.The bottom line?He cares 100%!!!I recommend him for sure!David C.
