3/22/2021 I've taken my shih tzu to Krisers for 5 years for "straight-through" grooming, where I can observe him being groomed. I went in recently to have his nails ground down and ears cleaned and the girl at the register did not look at me, nor turn from the computer and rudely told me they didn't have his vaccinations on file. I replied, "Yes you do." She still did not turn around and told me "no" they couldn't do anything without that. My mind is blown by the unprofessionalism of this organization. We had an issue with the groomer Cherie. Her lack of professionalism should have been grounds for firing but as you can see by the photo, I have attached of the multiple negative Yelp reviews I am not the only one that has been affected. I took my complaint through the chain of command beginning with the store manager, Lido Ferrari (regional manager), Greg Stewart (service manager) and Brad Kriser himself. Staff is very friendly and welcoming. Toys and treats are great quality
Horrible place. My dog was so traumatized he died within two days after visiting this place. I went to go get my dog groomed, have his teeth cleaned and his nails clipped. A day after coming home from the groomers, he was not eating or drinking, he was unresponsive and he couldn't walk. It was so alarming that I took him to the emergency care veterinary.
