It was my first time in the store and I was severely blown away. Viviana not only gave some of the best customer service I've ever experienced, but her passion in what she does differently came through, especially her knowledge of the products and overall care for animals. My kitties (both 7 years old), have been having some health concerns with their tummy (vomitting), but vets don't see anything wrong. Viviana pulled through. I love this place! Took my dog to get her nails clipped and they were so fast and friendly! They gave me samples for different kinds of food and I loved their selection of foods and treats! Viviana was so helpful! This place is great! I will definitely be back!
Best dog food in town! The staff really know what they're talking about and very obviously love what they do. They're always super friendly every pet that walks through those doors!
I cannot say enough good things about this store. First, when I was having trouble getting both my cat and dog to eat, they helped so much with finding something, whether it was from samples or buying food that I could return even after it had been opened. I also take my Dogue de Bordeaux for his baths. The groomer and her assistant are amazing. He comes home so fresh and clean, seriously the best bath he's ever had. Love that they have products with 100% meat ingredients instead of a ton of fillers and a good selection as my girls are allergic to a ton of food items. Every time we are in the area I stop in for dog treats.
