Terrible employees, complete lack of accountability, absolute liars. Shop at a local pet store instead of a shitty chain!
I love that I know everything in the store will be good enough quality for my pup, and that the staff is always knowledgable enough to help me with any questions. Plus they are one of the most generous pet stores and always have donations and events for local rescues!
