I have been going to this store since my friend referred me to them, maybe close to a year ago. I have spent a good amount of money here and am so disappointed in the customer service that we have recently received and will not be back due to the assistant managers lack of professionalism and integrity. My dogs arrived at 3:06, waited for someone to come to the front which made it 3:08 and then got checked in and the girl up front had to go back and forth and told us that they would not be able to do the grooming appointment... read more

Well where do I start I took my dog in for a nail trim last week. It took them about 30 seconds and they asked me to hold my own dog in the lobby. And one week later I already need a new trim very unprofessional

I have taken my dog here for two years and I'm always treated poorly. I've never been to a business that acts like it's a privilege for customers to give them money. I have an older shelter dog and I like to wait while they give her a bath. They told me if I want to wait to schedule an early appointment. So I always do and they always act like it's a huge hassel.
