I've never dealt with this company personally, and never will now. This morning, I witnessed one of their drivers van# S28, come within an inch of hitting the car in front of me and almost forcing that car into a curb so they could not merge, but force their way into the lane. When you're representing the company that pays your bills, you should probably try to be a little more considerate of others in public, this was not a good look!
This company has an employee who puts the public in danger with his driving, Van S67. Clearly, his incompetent driving is his fault but he'll make driving behind him a nightmare for us all. He cuts me off instantly causing me to almost collide with his van, then he proceeds to drive extra slow and stops at a green lights multiple times causing me and other drivers at a stand still creating traffic. I made appointment three time as a first time customer to this company. All three appointments I made ,. No one showed up without any contact for the guy.and office. I complained to office, they rescheduled again, but no one showed up. Totally ignored me. It is really worst experience I ever had. . I strongly advise everyone not to trust this company . Very unprofessional attitudes.
We were Krisco customers for almost 5 years. We paused our monthly service for a few months (due to a pause in employment) and our pool heater stopped working. We called to get it checked out and the rep was very nice - didn't try to upsell to the previous service - and scheduled an appointment for Friday. Come Friday - no one shows up. Call back on Monday and the rep (a different person, I believe) says that they can't help us because they are overbooked and **AREN'T TAKING NEW CUSTOMERS**. I just had my pool cover replaced. Val and Andrii were amazing. They are personable, detailed, thorough, and go above and beyond to make sure the cover and all its components are like new!
