A retired couple we know, bought an RV here. Took it to the place my husband works to get it serviced. The oil filter had not been changed in 8 years. Not acceptable. There is not an excuse for this.
I was passing through and discovered I lost both bolts that secure my rear AC . They spent quite a bit of time while very busy, looking for replacements. They didn't have the exact part, but they had bolts that would work. They gave me 2 extra bolts, 4 total, at no charge. Everyone I spoke with was very nice and professional. Hoping to take some of that southern hospitality back to Wisconsin with me. Great business, Kris Willis.
Had our first experience buying from Kris Willis RV. We’ve had several campers, but this is the first time we’ve bought from these guys. Was told by a friend that they were good to deal with, and they were right. Looked on their website and found about 3 that caught our eye. Drove a little over 100 miles. Talked to Robbie their sales manager. He took us out started telling us about the RVs we had selected. No pressure, pretty well did what we wanted to do.
