We were 450 miles from home with our travel trailer when one of the leaf springs snapped. It was July 3 at lunchtime, the parts and service teams worked together to find compatible parts and get me back on the road within a couple hours! They could have easily told us to leave it, or take it somewhere else with only a few hours before a 3-day weekend but they demonstrated genuine interest and concern for getting us and our RV home safely that night! Very honest place great to work with
A retired couple we know, bought an RV here. Took it to the place my husband works to get it serviced. The oil filter had not been changed in 8 years. Not acceptable. There is not an excuse for this.
