Received great customer service from Erica twice today at Kris Yoder State Farm agency in Fairbanks, Alaska.
I went in to have someone removed off my insurance policy, and somehow that got mistaken as taking my car off insurance. For months I was oblivious to the fact that an agent made this mistake, and when I called to fix it, not only did they try to charge me more but the people I spoke to were rude and unprofessional. The callous way in which my issue was handled and the total lack of judgment these people make has consequences. Tracy Nolan is truly one of the best! She was outstanding in every way, she took time with us by helping get our new truck all set up with insurance coverage and cards, made sure we were aware of other promotions as well.
