Kris Svelling lied and cheated the moment I signed a contract and gave him a substantial deposit. He never followed up on anything. I eventually fired him, fortunately before he put the first shovel into the ground. Never got my deposit back. Look in the dictionary under Bad News, his picture belongs there
Terrible! He constantly lies and rarely shows up. We started in the fall of 2015.... I fired him in July of 2017 after giving him the benefit of the doubt way too many times. Then I had to hire another company for to cover up and correct his mess. Also, since he doesn't always pay his subcontractors, you could get a lien placed on your house.
