10000/10 Miss Kris was incredibly helpful when I was down!! I was running late heading into Coachella, and a friend hooked me up with Kris’s info. She was able to find a safe place for me to park my car, picked me up and took me straight to the festival. Her communication was 10/10 quite literally THE BEST customer service I have ever experienced. Don’t do any other transportation service if you have the choice.
