This facility is understaffed, not sufficiently trained with residents who have dementia/alzheimers. Unclean furniture and carpet. I was also told that when residents from the Severna Park location were relocated here due to the bed bug infestation, that of course Gambrills had some bed bug issues. This came from a staff member. Very little activities, when they do offer them so there is not much for residents to do but sit around and watch TV.
