Received calls every hour on the hour from a robot and when I asked to be removed from the do not call list the guy gave me attitude about it. If youre looking for customers at least leave me a fricken voicemail and dont spam my number over and over again. How do you expect people to want to work with you if thats the approach you give ? Nice.
I requested an estimate for a shower remodel. Soon after I made the appt i was inundated with repeat phone calls to set up an appt. This was off-putting and annoying and made me feel as if the company was disorganized and unprofessional. Tyler came out to my home on 1/8/26 and he seemed knowledgeable about the product he was selling. He showed me designs and proceeds to give me a series of price quotes. I got out of the contract, but not before I lost a significant down payment (total $33,000 quoted for new shower). They use spray foam insulation, which can result in a number of problems (e.g. reselling, too airtight and inability to remove once the spray foam dries). My insurance company told me they likely drop me due potential for expensive problems. They also said the spray foam insulation would negatively impact my ability to sell the home.
Kwik Kitchens was a pleasure to work with, provided excellent craftsmanship and customer service. I would highly recommend them!
Decided to wait to get an estimate for a new bathroom so I let their call go to voicemail. They didn't leave one, which is never good business. I let it go. Since then, they have called me 6-8 times EVERY DAY. Each time with a different phone number. Kwik Kitchen- y'all need to ditch your marketing people and start over. That's all I have to say. Terrible.
