I got out of the contract, but not before I lost a significant down payment (total $33,000 quoted for new shower). They use spray foam insulation, which can result in a number of problems (e.g. reselling, too airtight and inability to remove once the spray foam dries). My insurance company told me they likely drop me due potential for expensive problems. They also said the spray foam insulation would negatively impact my ability to sell the home.
Kwik Kitchens was a pleasure to work with, provided excellent craftsmanship and customer service. I would highly recommend them!
Decided to wait to get an estimate for a new bathroom so I let their call go to voicemail. They didn't leave one, which is never good business. I let it go. Since then, they have called me 6-8 times EVERY DAY. Each time with a different phone number. Kwik Kitchen- y'all need to ditch your marketing people and start over. That's all I have to say. Terrible.
AWFUL AND INVASIVE PRACTICES - they harassed me to RE-confirm my appointment three times in a span of 12 hours over two days. Only to deny coming to my home because they looked up the deed to my property and saw that my husband and I both purchased the home and since he works, and I am a stay at home mom they refused to come out to give an estimate of work for us to discuss at the dining table that evening over dinner.
