I was grateful to get to talk to Kaitlin right away. She told me that the (very expensive) rodent damage to my car was covered under my Comprehensive coverage and subject to a much lower deductible ($250) than what I had elected for my collision coverage. She told me I could file a claim on line or with a real person, and gave me the phone number. I'm glad I used it. I have been with this Agent for close to 20 years, and with State Farm many more. Each time I email the agent, I am met with a quick response and turn around of my request. Lately, I have been working with Kaitlynne and must say that she is quick, pleasant and helpful. They're great!
