Kris, and her team, is the reason why you get a professional realtor. I am rather a self-starter and a quick decision maker but Kris was integral in closing the deal and that is where realtors make their money. Once it hit crunch time Kris was able to get my closing date to meet my requests and she went above and beyond to ensure closing went as smoothly as possible! Thank you for everything!
Kris was absolutely fabulous. Very knowledgeable about the area, the process and best approaches to a successful transaction. We had zero issues on her end (I wish I could say the same on my end!). Would highly recommend Kris without hesitation!
