I worked with Kristopher for a year. Sessiions very reasonably priced. Challenging and effective workouts. Nutritional/dieting advice and plans coincided well with personalised fitness goals. Kristopher helped me achieve those goals and I was very satisfied. The program changed the way I looked, felt, and ate. Highly recommended.

I get fulfillment from my workouts here. Kris is very knowledgeable and creates specific exercise plans for each of his clients. Also gives great meal planning tips and advice. I highly recommend him to anyone who loves fitness and wants to exert some energy!
