Kris and his staff are always welcoming, professional, and helpful no matter what your needs are. I had difficulty setting our beacon for the car, Kris and his staff, over the phone, helped to the end to set it all up, if you go in their office, they will do it for you. While living in Florence, Or, our house was also insured by State Farm, and after a tree fell onto our roof, the whole claim was settle within days, and with the costs completely covered. We believe in State Farm and in Kris and his staff.
Worked with Krystal with my new comer insurance. They provide support promptly, quick response and proper insurance policies. Highly recommended for anyone who are looking for any kind of insurance.
