I see why business isn't booming like it used to be. Whoever this little girl Kris has in charge when she's not here is bad for business. Whatever they're using to wash and condition people's hair makes the hair hard. Then this chick wants to catch an attitude because I don't want her pulling my hair out while she's roughly combing it to roll it. My very last time coming here. Poor customer service and my hair's outcome was subpar.
