Outrageously RUDE. I contacted this woman to inquire if she serves Berkshire County and explained a bit, saying I own a condo out there that I need to sell, the sooner the better. She replied but I was also on hold with an attorney's service and trying to reply to her while them. As I was struggling to type a text back, she rudely sent "STOP", I'm actually shocked at how authoritarian and RUDE that was.
