Why does the site say “Accepting New Patients” and why did the staff tell me I needed a referral to make an appointment, if they were only going to tell me after getting said referral that they’re booking out 2-3 years? Additionally, when I asked to book anyway, I was refused and scolded by Pam that this wasn’t a place for glasses— that they do “injections and treat major diseases”.
