I started dealing with Kripps Pharmacy at the end of March 2026 after my naturopath prescribed ear drops for a fungal ear issue. The original prescription was filled and was meant to last 3 weeks, but the drops only lasted about a week—even though they were working well. It then took another week to get a replacement (by which time the fungus had already returned). Beware of their house brand skincare products and essential oils, they often don't fill their bottles to the level they're selling. I recently bought 2 sealed/unopened bottles of oil of identical size that both say "100ml" and one had far less in it than the other. This was not a product with varying concentrations in a carrier, this was truly just less product than the label claimed. Same with the "10ml" of essential oil.
