I really wish zero stars was an option. This firm did the real estate closing on the house I recently bought and they were difficult to work with the whole time. I then noticed that the calculations on the amount of county tax was wrong and 19 emails and a ton of arrogance later "I’ve been doing this for 31 years" they sent me a check for the difference as they DID calculate the amount wrong. In the end, it is still not right as they refuse to abide by the real estate contract language of what a "closing date" actually means... read more
My firm had a very unprofessional experience using Mr. Huss as a mediator unfortunately.
Stay away from this ancient firm. These folks are under investigation for fraud upon the court and more criminal activity. I am currently involved in a case with them and they are without remorse continue to stream or to live fraud upon the court and felonious activity forward.
