Dissatisfied with our experience, our family purchased a $5000 insert for our cabin in the Poconos to which has a malfunctioning blower and light. The associate we spoke with mentioned they would need to charge for a service call, $900 and a four month wait time. This was for a brand new unit! Wish we would have went other where, but unfortunately we chose to shop local. Please be aware!
RecommendedHad our Heat n Glo fireplace repaired today by service member Logan. Logan was exceptional as he diagnosed the problem in minutes & made the repair. He also cleaned our fireplace better than it had ever been done by the installer. I contacted Kring’s because installer told us it would cost $1600-$1800 to repair. We paid a very small fraction of that for Logan to repair AND clean the fireplace. Thank you to Logan & his boss Mike.
So impressed with the service. Arrived early and throughly cleaned our wood stove insert and fireplace. Will definitely use them next season!

I was interested in their Adirondack Chairs, and I wanted to buy locally. I stopped in and was told they would be $229.00 each. I told them I would like 4 chairs and I was told they would drop the price to $219 each. I came back 3 weeks later ready to purchase the 4 chairs and I was told they “can no longer offer 10$ off each chair” that they would only offer$5 off of each. We purchased many pieces of outdoor furniture and a retractable awning. Our deck is a showplace for almost everything Krings has to offer. Recently we had a warranty request and their team worked quickly and kept us updated regularly. Thank you Krings for everything! We look forward to our next visit.
