Well, where do I start. Wanted to have a nice dinner for my anniversary and was completely disgusted and disappointed! Ordered our food, and a drink. Drink took about 15 minutes to get to me, even though the bar was 15 feet away and I watched my server sitting on her phone while I wait as I imagine she looked up how to make a old fashioned. Then took about 40 minutes to get my salad as I watched the table next to us who ordered after us, not only get their salad but finish it before we even got ours. There was 1 server who was also bartender and hostess. Staffing was likely not her fault but she was very unpleasant and seemed inconvenienced. Took 30 minutes to even get a drink. 3 hours for dinner for 5 because of wait in service. Food was extremely overpriced for portions. Server did not explain side or appetizers sizes. (Apps are tiny, sides are large) nor did she give specials until we asked. Food was decent but still overpriced. Gratuity was automatically added on party of 5. Overall just not a good experience.
Took forever. There were two waitresses, and one doubled as the bartender. There were 3 tables to attend to up front, with a total of 8 people (2+2+4) and then a party of 12 in the back, and the two of them just couldn't keep up. It was one of those situations where you try to order everything at once because you don't know how long it will be until your server comes back.
