Kristian was an absolute pleasure to deal with. He did a fantastic job completely renovating my bathroom. His communication is second to none and he kept me up to date with every step of the process. He organised other trades to come in as well and this took a lot of the stress out of the renovation as I didn't have to find plasterers or electricians. Everything was completed to a really high standard, tiling and plumbing. I am so pleased with the end result and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him.

Have used K. Riley Plumbing & Heating Services a few times. He responds promptly and gives good advice. Has just refitted shower in ensuite - new shower tray, tiling, and screen. All excellent and the best communication I have EVER had from a tradesman with regular updates by photo and video. I knew he would do a great job, but the video updates were extremely helpful as I was not going to be there while he was doing the job. Kristian has completed a number of jobs around our home, including a full bathroom renovation, heating system repairs and, most recently, replacing our faulty kitchen tap. As always, Kristian was incredibly helpful and professional throughout. He offered advice in choosing a suitable tap, collected and installed the item in a very timely manner.
