I had seen Kristine. My hair is burnt from over processing bleach, and she burt my scalp. My hair is now dead, breaking off and falling out. The color is patches of grey, copper, and spots of dark roots. My hair was cut straight on the top part of my head, and now I have a bowl cut sitting around the whole top of my head and does not bleand in with the rest of my hair. I’m having a really hard time writing this review because Courtney is a really sweet person but I feel like I’ve been ripped off.. I came in and asked for burgundy with a money piece and it ended up being too bright red for my liking I paid $330 for her to do my hair and after a few days of not liking the colour she did I finally worked up the courage and asked her if we could fix it and make it more purple and darker, she said yea no worries and that I would just need to pay for product. Courtney did an amazing job yesterday. My daughter loves her “curtain bangs” lol thank you for taking her in without an appt, and for being so kind with some samples for her ❤️ Definitely will be coming back!
