A friend came to visit when I was ill. By the time she was leaving it looked like she couldn't get out of my driveway. The workers were so accommodating. They moved the machines and guided her so she could be on her way. They went out of their way to help and were kind and courteous about it.

I'm on Clearview st in Scranton,they showed up out of nowhere,no notice. Closed my entire street and left no access. Worked All night long, again no warning, giant spot lights, trucks running spewing diesel and flashing lights. I guess they don't think anyone else needs to sleep. I asked the arrogant truck driver why he had to have the truck running in front of my house for 3 hours. He said basically tough he was going to be there all night. KRIGER PIPELINE truck drivers keep on using a dead-end right off of Main ST (route 11) in Duryea, PA to turn around in. By backing up into my dead-end home they are causing me to have an extremely painful seizure. I want to die because these truck drivers do not care what conquences these backup alarms are having on the people who live here in this tiny space. Absolutely disgusting truck-driver behavior with no concern for the consequences of their lazy actions!

Recently did work on my street for ugi. Fantastic job. Let me know when my gas would be off and had it back on several hours earlier than expected, even with complications. Cleaned up after, leaving my yard even better than when they started. All the workers were very friendly and had no problem answering questions and keeping me updated.

Absolute worst. Make sure they don’t do work near your property. They’ll do damage and than won’t own up to it or attempt to fix. They cut my underground electrical line at our home when excavating and could care less. Making me hire an electrician to dig to find the damage. Their own workers admitted to seeing the line and still they won’t fix it. Stay away and hope they don’t win too many bids in the near future. This company lacks any common courtesy.
