I had an extremely negative experience with this law firm. Their lack of attention to detail and poor communication nearly cost me everything—I was almost deported due to their mishandling of my case. They were unresponsive when I needed urgent answers and failed to submit the correct paperwork on time, which put my entire immigration status at serious risk. I had a meeting with Mr Burton. He was 15-20 mins late for meeting. I had to take a half day just for this zoom meeting and he was not at all interested in answering any of my questions. Didn’t give me all the information or the options available for my visa issue. I got more information from google than this meeting with him. It was supposed to be 1 hr meeting that actually lasted for less than 30 mins. It felt like he was annoyed with my questions and did not want to help me out.
