Don't use this company. Please read before thinking about using them. I understand because of Covid being busy and taking 3 weeks to come back. Our house is 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom 2300 square feet. The person that did the appraisal used a house that is 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom 1400 square feet. The biggest issue is they used a house that is for sale.
