Staff is friendly and helpful. Enjoyed talking shop with the foreman
brought my truck in specifically to have the steer axle alignment checked. I was told everything was in perfect condition and that my issue was just the tires. Two weeks later, when I went to a different shop for new tires, I was informed that my drag link was completely shot and that I needed a full alignment with the new tires. So clearly, the first shop either missed a major issue or didn’t even check properly—yet still charged me for it. Totally unacceptable and disappointing.
