I have never met a more unprofessional medical professional in my life. I walked in to my appointment today excited because I had the highest of hopes for how he could help me in the dental world. Dr. Kreitchman refused to see me because I was not remitting payment in cash but instead using dental insurance. Instead of apologizing he rambled on about my insurance carrier and then put blame on his Administrative staff. What a shame.
