The staff are always helpful - on big orders or more typically on small purchases like mine. They have a surprisingly well stocked business for being located in a smaller community.
I needed some sensitive copies made very quickly just coming in from Pennsylvania for my driver's license. I came in their store and they help me figure something out that was difficult and frustrating for me.
