Great experience so far. Dr. Is professional and he knows what he is talking about.
Everyone in the office is always kind, cheerful and helpful. Dr. Krieger is easy to talk with and is good at explanations.
They take ages to get you your new invisalign trays, a minimum of two months which only prolongs and drags out your treatment. All that time you spend waiting teeth could be moving around getting you closer to your end goal, very inefficient. I've been to other orthodontists that would have your new set of trays ready in a week, no issue. Then the availability to see the doctors is very scarce and only an inconvenience. Awesome first visit. The team was very knowledgeable and made us feel very comfortable and that we were bringing our children to the right doctor. Dr. Krieger was very approachable and friendly. It was very apparent that he knows his craft well. We were very pleased with our experience.
