The biggest scam artist ever!! If I could give a 0 star rating I would. He is a liar. He claimed the car had new tires which looked good from the outside. When they were off the car. Rims bent and dry rot. When we asked if we heard a noise. He claimed to have put it in his rack and it was just the new tires hitting the road.
