Always friendly, on time, helpful and very competent ! Glad I chose Kricket Audiology to help navigate the world of hearing aids, phone apps, etc.
My experience at Kricket Audiology was excellent. There was no waiting. Everyone was friendly. The service was great.
I arrived about 20 minutes early for my appointment and was seen right away. Quick and easy. Very nice office in Montgomery.
The care and time spent were amazing. They addressed all of my concerns and questions. There was no pressure to buy. They asked if I wanted to go home and think about my decision. She helped me understand my audiogram so I could make an informed decision on what would be best for my situation. I felt very comfortable with my decision and look forward to being able to hear clearly again.
