Pleasant and professional staff with good maintenance. I have been here for 12 years, it has been a wonderful place to live.

I had a rent payment bounce due to other payments coming out before my rent and Kim worked with me got me all the info I needed to take care of it and when the person at Walmart couldn't find the right account she found another way to help me take care of it and save me, my girl, and my ESA biggie from losing our home. Again thank you so much Kim for being you your the best.
KRI is the worse possible property “manage” company ever. I had six floods in my apartment. Disposal didn’t work for a year. Kim is the rudest, non compassionate person and shouldn’t be in property management
Roma on Dale Mabry has been a pleasure to call home. The neighbors are friendly, the community is always kept up. Maintenance is very good at responding to services needed. Sharen, the property manager since day one has been nothing but gracious. She is super friendly, kind hearted and always responds to any questions, comments or concerns in a very timely manner. If you love your peace like I do, Roma on Dale Mabry is where you want to be.
Lived here for years and the entire time I can admit it's been a safe area. Definitely give the new management props for the maintance team. They show up and keep the area clean.
