I've been a tenant here for more than five years ,spacious apartment. Just got a new washing machine and it's huge.
I have lived at Sawgrass in Florida for two years. This is a good property and is close to shopping.
Pleasant and professional staff with good maintenance. I have been here for 12 years, it has been a wonderful place to live.
Kim thank you so much your awesome. I had a rent payment bounce due to other payments coming out before my rent and Kim worked with me got me all the info I needed to take care of it and when the person at Walmart couldn't find the right account she found another way to help me take care of it and save me, my girl, and my ESA biggie from losing our home. Again thank you so much Kim for being you your the best.
KRI is the worse possible property “manage” company ever. I had six floods in my apartment. Disposal didn’t work for a year. Kim is the rudest, non compassionate person and shouldn’t be in property management
