Although there are two staff member who are very friendly, the pharmacy fills and dispenses prescriptions without verifying addresses of patient, going against Iowa Admin. Code 657—6.13. Always friendly and courteous.
I am blown away. They just told me that I can no longer get my medications there because of a conflict that we had. Do they understand that I am a mentally disabled and physically disabled person? I go to counseling every Monday. You guys have no idea what I'm going through. That's why we have a mental health crisis in the state of Iowa because nobody takes that into consideration and now the pharmacy has shown that it does not care for mental patients.
