We were referred to Kreyman Quality Heating and Cooling due to a problem with the air conditioning when we moved into a new house. Simon got a technician out quickly for a diagnosis and repair. We also asked for a complete HVAC checkup given we already had an issue on day one in the new house. Again Simon sent his technician and apprentice out to complete the maintenance, and they addressed an issue with the housing for the box filters needed for the system. I previously left a 5-star review praising the service I received, but unfortunately, I feel compelled to retract that review. In March 2026, this HVAC company was sent to repair my furnace. The technicians were professional and courteous, and I initially believed the issue had been resolved. However, that was not the case. Since then, the company has returned multiple times, sending three or four different technicians to diagnose and repair the furnace, yet it still is not functioning properly. Nate and PJ were awesome! They walked me through the furnace issue step by step, clearly explained what was needed, and got everything repaired. Their customer service was excellent—professional, courteous, and easy to talk to. Great guys who definitely did not disappoint!
Nathan is great! Fixed all the heating issues quickly and efficiently.
Very reliable and trust worthy company. Would highly recommend. They’re straight forward and get the job done quickly but proficiently. Nathan has been an absolute pleasure.
