We recently had our inground pool built by Krevo, and while the journey had a few bumps along the way, we’re ultimately very happy with the final result. Construction started a few weeks later than expected, and there were some hiccups during the process that pushed the timeline out further than originally planned. They have a great team there. My wife and I went to every hot tub place in the city before purchasing a tub and Krevco was the only one that tried to really earn our business on a tub. After having the tub for almost year now I can also say their after sales service is absolutely fantastic. Paulo is an excellent GM and see Chad for sales expertise. He is fantastic.
Purchased some chemicals from the St Anne’s location. Tried to return them to the St Anne’s location after deciding on a different system. I was NOT told that chemicals are final sale when purchasing. They would not take them back. I could definitely understand if they had been opened in any way. That was not the case and could literally be placed on the shelf to sell to someone else. Please notify purchasers that chemicals are final sale at the time of purchase.
Bought a swim spa, fireplace, patio set and umbrella from Chad from Krevco St Annes Rd today. Excellent customer service, very knowledgeable about his products. Very friendly person he took time with us to explain his product. Highly recommend Krevco and if you want the best customer service you need to go see CHAD he will give you excellent service!
