Sasha came out very promptly to replace a leaking flex hose is very professional and very helpful.
We had a a pool installed by them last summer. It was over a month late for installation because they kept failing inspection and the site supervisor was never there to meet the inspector. This spring the opening was terrible. Once they “opened it” they had to come back four more times because they never actually cleaned and balanced the water for us to use. The whole experience had some ups and downs with some set backs. ......BUT JON the Electrician was excellent! Very perfectional, knows his stuff ,kind ,and a great worker..definitely an asset to the company!
We recently had our inground pool built by Krevo, and while the journey had a few bumps along the way, we’re ultimately very happy with the final result. Construction started a few weeks later than expected, and there were some hiccups during the process that pushed the timeline out further than originally planned.
