picked up a hot tub that had been sitting outside for seven years unused!! Winterpeg weathering had occurred!! 😭 Krevco Lifestyles Provided us with a very knowledgeable and affordable repair person! 😁 New insulated top and all chemicals required to stay in a healthy spa area also provided by Krevco lifestyles ! Above ground pool nightmare. Plastic pieces to support the plastic posts breaking. We handled them with care. Had to buy replacement parts… A nightmare to set up. Filter and pump came with one hose. Huge waste of money. Will be trying to return and will update this review. Update- ok now that I have calmed down… I went to the store today. The manager Paulo was amazing and had read my review. He called the company that sells the packages and we have corrected the issues I hope. First of all we incorrectly installed the liner.... read more
