I have rented from Kress Properties for 19 years at which time I had moved out for 5 years, and have been back again for the past 4 yrs., I pay my rent on time and follow the rules. They are "Johnny on the spot" with repairs and other issues. Kara & staff are polite and respectful, showing professionalism with every phone call. Do not rent from this company!! they are slum lords. left my Daughter and 2 year old grandson in a house infested with Bat (bat bugs), mice, centipedes and MOLD. Health issues, Mental torture, had to throw 1,000'S of dollars of brand new furniture and belongings away... there response -had a guy stop by and throw some traps around the house.
