I have rented from Kress Properties for 19 years at which time I had moved out for 5 years, and have been back again for the past 4 yrs., I pay my rent on time and follow the rules. They are "Johnny on the spot" with repairs and other issues. Kara & staff are polite and respectful, showing professionalism with every phone call.
