Communication can be spotty - they seem to be understaffed - and texts and emails might take a day to get returned. Still, very competitive pricing and they're friendly, knowledge, and thorough. We had bed bugs, and our exterminator explained the entire process and the benchmarks we should see as the treatments did their work. I noticed termites near an old wooden shelf and panicked because the house is pretty old already. The technician checked not only the shelf but nearby walls and flooring too. He explained things calmly without trying to scare me into expensive packages. Haven’t seen fresh damage since the visit.
