I'm deeply disappointed, even a bit sad to write a negative review on this shop. My entire family has been relying on them for years. Maybe it is a switch in staff/management or maybe it's just another garage full of shitty men taking advantage of women. I had a horrible week dealing with Kresge's, GEICO and Spofford ..... all in the "men's club" together. I gave them my car to fix and someone not me authorized Spofford, which rents from Kresge's, to do cosmetic and they are holding my car hostage because i refuse to pay f... read more
