For starters, this client was obnoxious and flat out rude right from the beginning. She was very disruptive in our lobby as well as disrespectful to my staff and myself. I understand we work with the public, but that does not give anyone the right to be verbally abusive to our staff. I will always aggressively defend my staff because I know how hard they work, and how much they care about the clients.
