After 8 phone calls and messages I was finally called back.He had my taxes for almost a month before I received themI had asked a question which way was the best way to file. He charged me for an additional tax refundWhen I finally met with him to get my taxes he gave me misinformation about my taxes. I didnt receive a very important paper I needed to file. For starters, this client was obnoxious and flat out rude right from the beginning. She was very disruptive in our lobby as well as disrespectful to my staff and myself. I understand we work with the public, but that does not give anyone the right to be verbally abusive to our staff. I will always aggressively defend my staff because I know how hard they work, and how much they care about the clients.
