Had my Rockwood trailer in for general service and a couple repairs. The service was completed to my expectations and the repairs went beyond my expectations they worked with the manufacturer to get repairs completed with a significant lower price to me. This is the 2nd camper we’ve purchased from Krenek and each time we have worked with them it has been such a pleasant experience. This purchase came with some obstacles, but Krenek offered us a very fair trade on our previous well loved camper and handled the other pieces with extreme patience and a lot of personal attention.
