Jonathan was and is still very helpful via phone and text! Hank was extremely courteous and helpful when I went down there to fix my machine and he diagnosed it within a day and explained all the ins and outs that I needed to know about it very patiently. Dropped of and picked up in a day! Great machine I have the 475 Highly recommend

I was having issues with one of the Krendl electric blow machines model 425 I could not figure out what was going on. So I called Krendl and was put on the phone with Jonathan in Tech Support, Jonathan was very knowledgeable and was able to get me up and running, without me, having to pull off of the job greatly appreciate Jonathan's help, more than this Post can say, but way to go Jonathan, Krendl is blessed to have Jonathan in their Tech Support team.

John is a big help whenever I have any questions about a repair I’m doing that’s giving me problems and always points me in the right direction! Very friendly very well spoken and is able to understand issues and relay possible solutions with a clear description of what may needed to be done!
