In 1964 Jack Krendl purchased Krendl Machine Company from his father, Frank Krendl to become the sole owner. At this time, he assumed the role of president, designer/engineer, and general laborer. He applied his expertise as a journeyman tool and die maker to produce well built, affordable insulation blowing machines. We were on a job site and having issues with our Krendl Machine. It was the end of the day and Jonathan took our call. Through a series of text messages and sending photos, he was able to troubleshoot with us on his own time to get us back up and running. He was very helpful and patient with us. I highly recommend using this company.
Called in because my Krendl 475 (older model) was making quite the racket recently. Got on the phone with one of the technicians Johnathan. He actually took the time to give me his cell phone number and FaceTime me to diagnose the issue and check Maintenance on a couple other things. I was able to call back and place the order in a matter of minutes and my product should be shipping same day. Fantastic customer service.
Great personal and great insulation machines
Had a problem with my water pump turning off and shorting out, Johnathan was great and helped me get right to the issue.
