In 1964 Jack Krendl purchased Krendl Machine Company from his father, Frank Krendl to become the sole owner. At this time, he assumed the role of president, designer/engineer, and general laborer. Had a problem with my water pump turning off and shorting out, Johnathan was great and helped me get right to the issue.
