Had trouble with my ks-250. Had an idea what was wrong, but didn't know exact relay to check. I talked to Jonathan in tech support at Krendl. He was very nice and professional. Told me exactly where to look and what to do to fix it. Don't be afraid to call them!
These guys went way above and beyond to help me with a machine we have here that is no long made .
