Never worked on this machine before called spoked with Jonathan told him what it was doing walked me thru it ordered parts machine running good he know his machine s I'm happy I talked to him

Had trouble with my ks-250. Had an idea what was wrong, but didn't know exact relay to check. I talked to Jonathan in tech support at Krendl. He was very nice and professional. Told me exactly where to look and what to do to fix it. Don't be afraid to call them!
These guys went way above and beyond to help me with a machine we have here that is no long made .
Zero customer service!! What !! John is a dream come true. Talked me thru the entire board, taught me how to test parts and got me part numbers.. texted pics even face time.. im blown away at how helpful everyone is. I blow snow for movies with my krendl. Id never buy anything else because of the support. He talked me thru wiring into bypass mode to get the shot. Everyone was so thankful. 🇺🇸made and proud to be a customer
